What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
We use all-natural soy wax in our candles. It’s 100% plant based with no extra additives in it. Given the natural nature of soy wax, it burns cooler than paraffin wax and prolong the burning time of the candle. Soy wax is non-toxic and non-carcinogenic. It is the perfect choice for those who wish for a clean burn.

 

What type of wick do you use in your candles?
We only use ribbon wick in our candles, which is specially engineered to bring the benefits of a wider based flame with greater consistency. It also helps to reduce curling and mushrooming. See candle care tips here

 

Are your Interior Sprays water-based or alcohol-based?
Our Interior Sprays are 100% water-based, so they are completely alcohol free. Water-based room sprays perform the same way as alcohol-based ones but more natural.

Do you offer bulk discounts for weddings/events/corporate gifts?

I need my candles tomorrow. Can you send them overnight?
Email us at info@ofnote.com.au to discuss expedited shipping. If new batch needs to be made overnight please allow 14 days to cure for best scent throw performance.

 

What is the life span of your candles?
There’s no expiry date on candles. However, we recommend burning your candles within one year for peak performance, as we do not use any preservatives.

 

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we do. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $99 and a flat rate of $10 for all other orders. Please see shipping policy here for details.

 

Do you ship internationally?
